Anyone who travels round the south coast of Europe and gets to know the Algarve will succumb to its charm and most certainly will want to return.

It was our deepest wish to build a house there. We have united in it everything which we love about Portugal and have added those things which we often missed - all in the best location we know.

Experience Portugal individually ...

You will not find so many and such varied beaches within such short distances anywhere else in the Algarve. If you want to become an explorer and see them all, don't expect to manage it within one holiday!
Raposeira has its own shopping amenities and restaurants and is far enough away from commercial tourist areas for you to be able to get to know Portugese culture and its cordial people.

Warm comfort ...

Portugese houses are traditionally not centrally heated but it can get quite cool in winter, autumn and spring with large temperature drops and high humidity. Because of this some houses smell damp and nothing can dry. We have avoided this by fitting our house with a solar powered central heating system.

Comfortable sleeping and living...

We have decided on solid beds with double matresses and have fitted them with Danish anti allergic bed clothes. When the west wind blows at night you will be cosy here.

Finally we have designed a generous holiday kitchen for you. If you don't want to eat out you have everything necessary to prepare a proper meal.
